Anneke de Valk is QESH Manager at Kaasmakerij Henri Willig B.V., part of the Henri Willig Group – a renowned family-owned company specializing in premium Dutch cheeses. The Henri Willig Group operates two production sites and exports its products to more than 40 countries worldwide. In addition, the company runs over 40 branded retail stores across the Netherlands, Germany and Austria. Anneke has been working for Henri Willig since 2012. Prior to this, she gained extensive experience as a Quality Manager, including seven years at another food company and an earlier period of 2.5 years within the Henri Willig Group. In her current role, Anneke is responsible for managing quality, environment, safety and health across the entire supply chain – from dairy farmers and production sites to retail operations and global export markets. This broad scope brings significant challenges, such as dealing with different international regulations, certification schemes and specific customer requirements. Kaasmakerij Henri Willig places a strong emphasis on quality and food safety. The company holds multiple certifications, including FSSC 22000 at the Katwoude production site, and BRC (A-level) and IFS (Higher Level) at the Heerenveen site. In addition, the company is certified for several specific standards, such as Skal (organic), Demeter (biodynamic), VLOG, and meadow milk, among others.
