Melina Galano studied pharmacy, obtained her PhD of toxicology at the Paris 7 University, France and is European Registered Toxicologist. She currently holds a position of senior toxicologist at dsm-firmenich in Delft, the Netherlands. Her main expertise is the safety and risk assessment of food products such as enzymes, flavours and alternative proteins.
