Dr. Khan oversees Global Food Safety for Nestlé's extensive operations, encompassing around 350 manufacturing sites across a wide range of food categories, from Dairy and Infant Nutrition to Coffee/Beverage and Petfood. Leveraging extensive technical expertise in areas such as food safety microbiology, industrial hygiene, allergen management, and foreign body control, Dr. Khan leads a dedicated global team to ensure the rigorous implementation of Nestlé's Food Safety and Quality standards worldwide. Prior experience includes serving as Food Safety Director at Mondelez International, Food Safety Business Partner for PepsiCo (Europe & Sub-Saharan Africa), and Company Microbiologist for Dairy Crest in the UK.
