With more than 20 years of experience in leading positions in food safety, I have built a comprehensive career spanning different sectors of the food industry, retail and testing laboratories. I am a certified internal and lead auditor for many systems in the field of food safety, and an authorized internal auditor in the field of economics. In addition to professional certificates, I am also an NLP trainer and a Certified Executive Business Coach (AoAC). Passionate about sharing knowledge, I frequently speak at many conferences, spreading expertise to a wider audience in Croatia, countries from the region, and at numerous conferences in the EU. My experience and enthusiasm for teaching I share through Qualitad Educational Centre for all those interested in the field of food safety and quality, which helps and empowers clients to understand the theory and more easily put it into practice through numerous programs tailored to different business functions.
