With a career spanning over 35 years in food safety related work, Peter is currently the UK Technical Director for specialist B2B supplier Christeyns Food Hygiene where he supports customers both internal and external with achieving their food safety management needs. Peter’s career path has included food production, food safety regulation and latterly hygiene support across the food, dairy, and beverage industries. His specialism is contaminant control and management, and Peter brings that expertise to bear through his day-to-day interactions as well as supporting organisations such as SOFHT, Campden BRI, the IFST and Anaphylaxis UK (where he is on the board of Trustees as Vice-Chair).
