Validation Before Implementation
-
Continuous improvement in food safety management systems is key to delivering safe food in the market. To achieve this, it is advisable to focus on the prerequisite programs, systems, and processes that provide efficient and consistent controls and safety assurance in food production. To ensure that product safety is not compromised, it is important to validate the food safety plan before any changes are made to the production plant. This helps in effectively controlling the identified hazards. This presentation will give concrete examples of validation procedures before implementation to demonstrate the importance of performance validations of preventive and control measures before the regular production with newly implemented equipment.
